How long does an appointment take?

Most sessions range from two to five hours depending on closet size and the service tier you've chosen. We'll give you a more accurate time estimate after your consultation so you can plan your day with ease.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?

No major prep required, if you'd like, you can set aside anything you already know you'd like to donate. Everything else, from sorting and editing to the final refresh, is entirely in our hands
What if my closet is in really bad shape?

That's exactly why we're here. There's no closet too chaotic or too small. We approach every space without judgment, only a plan. The messier the starting point, the more satisfying the result.
Will you get rid of my things without asking?

Never. Every decision about your wardrobe is yours. Our role is to help you evaluate each piece with fresh eyes and intention, we offer perspective, not pressure. Nothing leaves your home without your say-so.
